I am looking for a great phone with 138mb memory or above, great music player, and with personlized text alert sounds ? Anyone know of any phones like that have all this?

anyhow that aside my personal fav is sony erricson walkman phones, i've had a w810i and my phone now is w910i, both have memory card slots and I have a 2gb card in my 910 which gives me enough space for about 40 full albums ripped at 128kbs (near CD quality) the supplied headphones are not great but I don't care as I use the music player mainly in my car and run it into the stereo, if i do need the headphones I use my old k750i ones which are far better.
Anything you may hear/read about the tinny sound from sony phones is down to the headphones, the audio quailty is fantastic if you put it through a decent headset or stereo.

I agree with marky. I have a Sony Ericsson K800i and prefer it to having a separate MP3 player, camera, phone, alarm clock, etc. I have a 2gb media card installed which I got from http://www.mobymemory.com/ and with music compression have over 1300 songs on it.
The supplied headphones aren't great but with a connector http://www.foxy.co.uk/SONY-ERICSSON-K800i-k790 -etc-MOBILE-PHONE-35mm-HEADPHONE-JACK-AUDIO-AD APTOR-unbranded-not-made-by-Sony-Ericsson-Elec tronics/125453781/?friend=googlebase you can connect a regular set of headphones with a standard jack.
