Excel Sequence- please help

I have a huge excel file and im trying to pull out only the info i need onto another sheet so i can sort it and dicard the info i don't need.
the info i need is seperated by 39 rows consistantly.. i tried doing a couple and then just dragging the formula but it doesn't continue the sequence, just starts a new one.
Anyone help... please, i have a deadline and 20,000 record to go through :(
