e-mail links

The link in my e-mail for using answerbank, does not work. I have to go to answerbank website and then type in my question again in order to get to my answers. What do I need to do to establish the e-mail link, please?

probably would have been better to put this in technology.

What Email client do you use, some do not support links in emails and you have to copy and paste the address into your browser address bar.

if the links used to work the likely cause is that your system is set to use a default browser that has been removed, see link below for how to fix this

Don't quite understand what is wrong, but seeing your questions or answers is very easy. Just click on my profile under the answerbank logo, then scroll to the bottom and click on whatever option you want.
