I have loads of spyware on ma comp and i want to get rid of it so hav u got any tips for a firewall and removal software for spyware and viruses?

for the spyware use adaware and spybot, and for the firewall use zonealarm. im not sure of the exact www, but google should show you.

Agreed, but viruses are something else not covered by by these. A good free anti-virus programme is Avast from www.avast.com It is better than all the other free ones as it updates itself every time you connect to the internet like Norton does
