Automatic on line backup

I am looking to automatically back up a computer server for work. Would love to set it so that I can just leave it alone in the knowledge that every night it uploads files to an off site place (via broadband).
Does anyone have any experience on this and can they recommend a good company?

Very dependable, but given that the best interface with it is rsync, works better with unix systems.
Mozy is also meant to be good.
But my suggestion would be Amazon S3, using JungleDisk.
Amazon have a great service for storing data in their data centres (it's all taken care of for you), but it's more for programmers who set up website backends. So JungleDisk turns this service into a simple backup solution for the everyday person, like a Mozy or Strongspace.
Advantage of Strongspace: you only pay for what you use, it's got 5 9's uptime or better, and it's cheap.
