bluetooth on samsung u600

everytime i try to search for a new bluetooth device my phone asks for a pin, which i need to type into both devices before it will find it. This is all well and good wen i am trying to find another phone, but just received my new handsfree and it is doing the same thing for that and i obviously can't type in a pin number on the headset and so it won't find it!! Have read the phone instructioins from beginning to end and it says nothing about it, although bit of a techno phobe so mayb i'm missing something. How do i find a device without the pin (secure mode is off) can anyone help???

it will tell you in the headset manual, however most headsets I have come across the pin is 0000

All the phones that i have had my pin has been 0000 too,hope this works for you

There was nothing in the instructions for the headset, but 0000 worked weyhey! cheers all
