Norton Ghost error Please help me!!!

when i try and back up in Norton ghost i get an error saying
Norton ghost cannot connect to agent on XXXX (XXXX is my pc)
help!!

Make sure you are connected to the Internet and click Top Left Hand Corner for Live Update. I think that is all it is.

go to your control panel click on other control panel options then the update icon then unclick the automatically start session option then click it back on again, then start live update it is the only way i can get liveupdate to work
