Convert WAV to WMA or something similar

Help! I have recorded something using the audio recorder on my digital camera, it says it's a WAV file, but when I try to safe it to a Disc - it doesn't like it. Can I convert it to a WMA file or any othe helpful tips?

What exactly do you mean by "it doesn't like it"? There's no reason for a disk to prefer a wma file to a wav file.

Just tellsme there is an error or the disk is full, that kinda thing.
