does anyone know how to sort out the problem i'm having with my mobile.

When i switch it on it vibrates and the little red light above the camera lens comes on, doesn't go off an phone doesn't switch on!! Being fobbed off by both Vodafone and Sony ericsson at the moment.

Only thing I can sugest is remove the battery for a few minutes and put it back in a try again, if it still doesn't work then stand your ground with either sony or vodafone and insist on a repair replacement.

P.S. great phones when they are working though, I have one
