Hello. I have been very angry since my housemate installed his Ipod software onto my laptop "because it wouldn't work on any other compter" well, it worked on mine and now I can't get rid of it, its very annoying and it installed realplayer which i hate. I got rid of that but if I try and delete the ipod manager it says "access denied, make sure disc is not write protected or not in use" i have tried everything now and it shouldn't really bother me but its my computer and I want to be able to delete whatever I want. Help please?

It seems as though the program launches once your operating system has finished loading so go to task manager and find the executable file (in processes) which represents this prog and "end process". Once this is done you should no longer get this "access denied" message when you uninstall. Or, boot your PC in safe mode (press F8 while it boots) and uninstall the software as normal in the control panel. Good luck.
You should remove it using the add/remove program's option in the control panel. This will stop any programs that is running and allow you to delete it.
