Resizing Sleeves?? HELP!!

Anybody know the beat way I can make vhs size sleeve into a dvd size sleeve. Including changing spine size?? Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi, Mr Law, I think it would be difficult if you want to change the size including the spine. VHS and DVD covers are proportionately different. i.e there is a much bigger difference in the spine size of a VHS as compared to a DVD. It depends what program you created your covers in. If you've only got your covers stored as Jpegs of BMP's then you are probably stuffed. If however you've got the original photoshop, publisher or quark files then you may be able to resize the spine and cover seperately.
