Acer 3690

I have a Acer 3690 and the fingerpad and mouse seem to have froze (cant past initial screen with user names / profiles), think one of the kids has pressed some keys or a combination - any ideas anyone. P s the arrow keys work but wont take me to the control panel so I cant reset anything - seem to be getting messages about 'sticky keys'

try holding down the fn key and pushing f7, I think this toggles the touchpad on and off on acers
