Can I 'autocomplete' a recipients name in Microsoft Outlook?
4 Answers
Hi, I am switching from using Outlook Express to Oulook. In OE 6 if I just type the first letter of a recipients name in the 'To' box, the program suggests a likely recipient from my contact list and fills in the rest for me. Is it possible to get Outlook to do this? I have been trying all afternoon and cant find a way to switch tis function on!

If you send another email to the same person it will then auto suggest because it has that persons data in the file. I think you'll find that it will all come right when you've been using it a little while and you start duplicating mail recipients
