task bar on the side

My 4 year old nephew has somehow moved the task bar (think thats whats its called) to the side of the screen. How do I move it back to the bottom where it was.

click on an empty part of the task bar and hold down with the left mouse button drag the task bar back to bottom and release the mouse button and it should move.

When it's back, a right click and selecting 'Lock Taskbar' will prevent it being accidentally moved again.
