It says the Lisa that came out in 1983 was the first with a Graphical User Interface. It may not of course be the answer you are looking for.

Actually, although both mouse and 3.5" floppy drive appeared in the "mainstream" with the Lisa in 1983, its price tag of $9,995 meant it was not (and never could be) marketed as a personal computer. To be pedantic, Apple implemented the introduction of these devices on a personal computer with the January 1984 launch of the Mac.
