I don't get much time either stevie, but still try and make time to see live bands. Wish I'd been a teenager in the 70's and early 80's when rock bands really knew how to crack out some great songs! I can still remember going to see Pink Floyd at Knebworth in 1990 as well. I was 12, and it was a belated birthday pressie. Got soaked, but some friends took me right to the front. It was awesome!
I think we natterrd bout it ages ago,i went to see Floyd at Earls Court 94,i wer 22 then fookin hell seems like a lifetime ago lol...I live by JB's Dudley, many a great band have played there, just disco city nowadays...ABBA nights are flippin sound tho ;-)
Probably not unique then Matt, but its great how the lyrics and music, overlap and blend at the same time with the film clips....Ive been meaning to watch the Movie, just not got round to it...Some great old B&W movies knocking around out there...
Oh my ! Thanks for that, I love Metallica and had never seen the videos, but I was distracted by the film going on in this video - did they kill him in the end? He was still saying "help me". I hope he died. What a scary film.....
Im not sure Misky,i aint had chance to watch the film yet..But your right, watching it through the video makes it seem quite creepy, but im sure theres alot more to the film ;-)
