Just wanted to thank you for the link. Installed the link you gave me (disc cleanup). Computer is running fine now, I even tried XP cleanup and thats fine now too. The link you gave me was very thorough and I will be using it on a weekly basis from now on. I hadn't done a disc cleanup or a defrag for a long time AC so I think the problem may have been with that.
