Hi can anyone help me out, ive just turned on my ipod and its froze cant do anything with it, and cant remember how to restart it

Just spoke to my son Therema, he thinks the only way is to connect it up the laptop, if that doesn't solve it you need to return it to where you bought it if less than twelve months old because then its an obvious fault. Hope you sort the problem.
