Deep Heat or Deep Freeze?

Hi - Can anyone tell me the differences in Deep Heat and Deep Freeze treatment and what each are best for?

Deep heat is for things like muscle pain, back pain, period pain etc

Deep freeze would be more for things like a sports injury, swelling, sprains I'd imagine.
