Import contacts to NOKIA from Excell

How do you import all your contacts from an excell spreadsheet into a nokia 6300? I've got the Nokia suite open and am having to do them one at a time. Surely there's a quicker way?

If you have Microsoft Office and Outlook in particular then yes. Save your spreadsheet with contacts as ,delimited and then import to Outlook from this sheet. Then simply sync with your phone. if you don't have Outlook I'm pretty sure you're flogging a dead horse
