Subscribing to vod & Podcasts using Zen cast software

I have a Creative Zen MP3 player it comes with software called zen cast organizer. When I try to suscribe to a pod cast from zencast.com It says I have to download The programme I am already using. If I click suscribe in the organizer and paste in the podcast address from the website it says address is not valid. Does anyone have a Zen MP3 player? and Know how to get this problem solved.
Any help in simple terms would be appreciated.Please excuse spelling mistakes.:-D
