Sugar???

When my dad starts up his pc, as everything is loading up, he's getting a sign that pops up. It looks like an underground sign, a white circle with a line through the middle. Through the middle in red writing it says sugar! Strange I know. He asked me to get rid of it for him but I don't have a clue what it is or how. It only pops up while the screen is still black and then the windows will load. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? It's got me baffled!

the sign may be the new pop-up blocker with the latest sp2 pack. but the word sugar ? i have no clue ?!

It`s nothing to do with SP2 pop-up blocker and if it is when the screen is still black (the POST screen) its prior to Windows even booting and is therefore not even connected with Windows. Some motherboards such as Asus do have the ability in the BIOS settings to show a wallpaper whilst POSTing which is enabled/disabled in the BIOS, Some of these can even be to the users design.The only alternative to this would be a Boot virus but they are usually more destructive than just an annoying picture.
