If you haven't (knowingly) got any Paretologic programs, I would go to START>CONTROL PANEL>ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS (though I seem to have the idea that you are on Vista - if so the shortcut is slightly different, but unfortunately I don't have a Vista machine to hand to look it up on). Look for any of the Paretologic programs listed on the link and remove them if found. Also obtain Spybot (it's free from -
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/in dex.html ), install, update and run a search. Use the "Fix" option to fix any errors/nasties found.
If there were any programs in Add/Remove that seemed to be from the company, and/or if Spybot found any likely culprits, then hopefully your problem will be cured. If you still get the window I can think of another way that should disable it, but it will not remove the root cause - which I am hoping the 2 techniques above should do.
