What has the tune (youtube links welcome) that is commonly used for slow-motion entrances to give you an impression that those people 'mean business'

So its quite powerful. There are variations from film to film but anything would do - for use in ammatuer film making ;)

This is often used in sports shown in slow motion - well at least in Sweden it is...

It's Also Sprach Zarathustra (Op.30 opening movement) by Richard Strauss.
It just occured to me you may be thinking of the Wicked Witch theme from The Wizard of Oz - although personally I've never seen it used with slow motion....?....? Nevertheless, it's often used to signify "meaning business": Angry woman on her way to somebody's office to set the record straight kind of thing. You'll hear it in the beginning of this clip
