How to get extra channels on Freeview tv

I bought last year a flatscreen tv with built in freeview and would like to know if there was a way to get the other channels like, living, MTV, cartoon network ect... it doesn't have a slot to put a top up card in so just wonder if it was possible

The channels you specified are only available on the TUTV platform and Sky.

Topup tv nowadays use their own receiver but they can also be got via a separate receiver with a CAM slot (Conditional Access Module) not all tvs and Freeview boxes have this optoion

This is the basic channels from Sky which also have the channels want. You will need a sat dish and receiver.
