Info on Justice of Peace

Where can I find any info on Mr Percy Andre Justice of Peace? Who may have sat in the Crown court in Bromley or Sidcup Kent in the 1969? He and I worked for the worked for the MoD at Chislehurst Kent. The reason I wish to know I am writing a book on my family history for my grandchildren as he was part of my life.
