First you will need to put the video onto your pc rather than stream it from the web. To do this you can either use a web site such as keepvid

or another flv saver such as vixy.net

these will save as 3gp, suitable for a phone.
Once on your computer you can send to the phone by bluetooth or usb cable or by saving on a sd card (or whatever the phone uses) and put this into the phone.
