I'm having problems with my new phone. I can't see who is ringing me. the name and number is not displayed.

Sounds like one of two things.

1) You don't have the name and number stored in your phone.

2) If the other person is using a mobile, they might have theirs set to block the name and number from being sent with the call.

If it's the second one (and the caller is someone you know), get your mates to check their mobiles and switch off the name/number blocking setting.

If it's neither of thosae then I wouldn't have a scooby...
