windows 2k and event viewer

On our hosted server, whilst reading the event viewer > system Log , noticed that there have been a lot of failed systematic login attempts (on the ftp account), is there anyway to see what passwords where being used for these attempts?

Don't think so ... logs tend to show who - not how
esp where passwords are concerned
