Sky +/HD boxes

On a fairly regular basis our box fails to record or if it does we are not able to watch the programme,(perhaps once a week) is this a glitch that we just put up with or is it a faulty box? anyone else with similar problems?

Might be a faulty box, or caused by iffy signal. Do you ever get signal interference when watching Sky?

I have had a Sky+ box for 2 years or so, only ever had 1 program go a bit funny.
