On my Sky box (not Sky plus) where the arial fits into the back, the metal srew holder has lost its thread and I`m having to tape it in with electricians tape to get a picture. Any idea if I can buy a new one from anywhere?

yes it's called a f connector, available from a lot of places and really easy to fit.

if you have a local independent aerial shop round your way they will sell you one for a couple of quid max and a good shop will tell you how to fit it
