when i switch comp on

quite alot of the time when i switch my computer on msn pops up saying one or two people are using at this time and if i push what ever button it is they would lose all there data so of coarse i switch it of i have tried deleting msn but you have to do it from someone elses computer and all they people my age dont have a computer what should i do about it??? i havent got wireless i just have wires going into little box??? i have security gaurd on how can this happen????? please help thanks tiara
