Installing Satalite dish in spain

My parents are in spain and recently bought a cheap dish and receiver from Aldi..

When istalling the they get power to the dish and all looks good . When they put the coax into the TV the power goes from the dish..

Anyone any ideas...

Is this due to the power in the house , not sure if its earthed or not as it a old farm house.
