Hi all, me again :-) OK, just got a new Motherboard with AGP 8x capability. I have a Radeon 9800 pro & a new Install of WinXP Pro. My problem is , that the 'AGP Texture Acceleration' button, in DXDiag, is greyed out. This means i can only play Open GL games (doh!) Now I have the latest ATI Catalyst Drivers and when I run 'SmartGar' to detect the AGP & Fastwrite (which the board supports!) the system hangs after a reboot. Please help, I know it is something really silly that i have missed. Im running the latest DirectX (9.0c) & the Motherboard drivers are current. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Cheers FB
