how to attach music to pictures on disc.

I am wanting to put all my pictures onto a cd disc to play on my DVD player.I have done this before and know how to do this.But I wanted to do something different like play music on the disc whilst watching the slide show of pictures. I have Roxio and this does what I want but only to play the slide show on the computer and listen to the music but I want to apply this to disc. I have nero also but it doesn't seem to have this facility. Is there an application off the internet I can download or can anyone just tell me how I do this. I would be very grateful. Whether this would be possible, or how you would go about doing it, would be totally dependant on your make of DVD player. Incidently Nero (6, anyway) does do both kinds of data&music cds - Mixed Mode CD (data first, then music) and CD Extra, (music first, then data) The CD extra defautly creates a folder called Pictures on my PC, so although I've never used it (just opened to test) this might be a step towards.
