Mozilla firefox

Can anyone help me. Have firefox but cant view video/live events. It tells me that l need a plug in which i have downloaded a million times. But still can not view anything. any ideas? However, if i go onto internet exployer i can view it ok. Any ideas?

I get the same problem with firefox on my laptop but not on my desktop. I've checked all settings - look identical on both machines. Sorry I can't help but am also interested in the answer.

I am using vista, and I had the same problem, after I downloaded the plug in I had to go to my docs, then download folder and then double click the file so it would install, hope this helps.
