Should work on all systems that are relatively up-to-date.
Your only issue will be making sure that the connector port on the Mac fits the monitor -- all Macs for the past few years have come with DVI ports. Most monitors accept this too. Some may still use the old VGA though; adapters are available but it won't be as good (timing issues with the signals).
