Digital tv card for a pc dont work !!

hi all i have a tv card for my pc but cannot get it to work !!! the card is Vision DTV Vision plus Version 2.4. The instructions do not make sense, also when i search for channels it comes back os loads but will not show then it just says failed to play. Also i live in the westmidlands i have to put that info in to search for channels

Go to http://www.twinhan.com/download_driver&software.asp and download the manual and updated driver and install it. My Visionplus didn't work at first but it does now. - Good Luck killa
