Is this a software problem or could it be the network? I have a week-old contract Nokia phone and whenever I dial out, I get 'number not in use', then I dial again, and it goes through OK. I am changing for a new phone tomorrow, but what do you think causes this? I also get a very low network a lot of the time, I am in Surrey, near London. Thanks all.
