It doesn't sound legitimate to me. Yahoo sites usually have yahoo.com in them, not yahoo-inc!
There are a number of scams going round presently. Withinthe last week, I have been invited to update AVG, Google Earth and Acrobat. They have all looked like genuine emails but weren't. Fortunately gmail identified them as spam.
