Top Up TV

Hi. We use Top Up TV using a Thomson set top box. Software upgrades have resolved most of the problems - mainly freezing - but it has now developed a problem where, despite asking it to record a whole programme, will only record half. The half that does record takes up an extraordinary amount of space (11 hours!) Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Any advice gratefully received.

I assume you've done the usual power off, wait, power on, cycle to be sure it is using the new firmware it dowloaded?
