Has anyone any experience of this network? My wife has recently signed up to it and has been very disappointed. Half the time there is no signal and when it is workiing it varies in strength from one minute to the next. Comments, please?
I know this subject has been discussed on here before but I would like to hear some up-to-date views. Many thanks.

Hi. I use 3 mobile and am also disappointed. It is advertised as upto 2.8Mbytes but the most I've ever had is 900Kb. Much of the time though it is around 10Kb (slower than my old dial up) and grinds to zero.
I have blamed poor signal. (My house is blocked by a steep hill directly behind it.) 3 say speed is dependent on many things such as website bandwidth. I know attempting to access answer bank using it is practically impossible around 6:00 pm!
I get 3Gb download for 15 pm but they now offer 5Gb for 15 and tell me, like that annoying bank ad, "It's for new customers only!"
I read this morning they are supposed to be increasing their speeds over the next 2 years to 14.4Mb! (I'll believe it when I see it.) and going to provide unlimited access for 15pm. I guess that willbe for new customers only!

Thanks Chrisrob, but I fear you have misunderstood my question; I was asking about the mobile phone service, not the internet connection.
I had 3 mobile and yes my signal would just cut completely, often just as i asnwered a call!
They are useless! Even the store we bought the phones from wouldnt speak to the customer service lines as they were foreign call centres.
We had 2 phones contracts taken at same time, one we said mustve have an answerphone service at all, they kept turning it on and off and we'd miss important calls.
We went abroad and called to ensure both mobiles would work, only one was activated when we called so the activated the other. When we got to france we found that theyd activated one and cancelled roaming on the other. It took 3 days and 2 hours of calls to get it back on, they refused to refund us the cost of the calls to them. oh and then, when the contracts came to an end they continued to invoice us and threaten us with court action, good job Id cancelled direct debits.

I will NEVER take out another contract with them!
