T mobile �100 deposit for contract

Hi. I have just applied for a contract with T Mobile which was accepted after I have paid a �100 deposit. I am happy with this, because I am aware of a past credit problem on my file (about 5 years ago) which has caused me problems, other than that my credit file is ok.
What I wondered is how long does it take for the deposit to be returned? Also are T Mobile a good provider? I have chosen the �25 per month tarif which suits me, on the 18 month contract.

you'll get different answers from everyone. personally i dont like t mob because i dont get a great signal in my house, and when i wanted to finish at the end of the contract and move it to pay and go they wouldnt let me, and my husband now also has o2 meaning cheaper calls between us. Also, personally i wouldnt go for 18 months because it seems to long to me. they seem slow at doing anything so i would guess the deposit thing will be in your terms and conditions.
