How do I complain via email or letter to Tesco?
22 Answers
I would like to complain to Tesco about a couple of things that have really annoyed me and I have looked on their website for an address or an email address to write to but all I can find are phone numbers and addresses to write to if your query is regarding an electrical item or something else, but not complaints. Can anyone help? Do I have to just write to my local store or the Head Office? Thanks.

If you are not happy with their response, then ask for a phone number for a complaints department.
Once you say you are taking it further, they will bend over backwards to help you out.
Try it.

I wrote to their head office address, which I found either on their Tesco.com website or on the product I was complaining about.
I complained about their Healthy Living Moroccan Style Meatballs with Chick Pea Mash. The meatballs were full of splintered bone.

i've tried to email them about a partially gutted chicken that i bought from them. i included pic's and have still not even had a mail back to acknowledge my complaint. that was in jan this year, i resent the email in april asking that they let me know if anyone could be bothered to reply or not as i'd shop elsewhere but still nothing another 2 months later. Really annoying that i spend over 100 a week in there, have my home and car insurance with them and until recently a credit card. thanks tesco !
tbird772-if you look closely you will see that they have increased the prices of loads of products over the last few months. Its all because of the alleged 'price drop' scheme-increase the price loads then drop it back to original price few weeks later and advertise as being cheaper. Its all a bloody rip off!
