programme conflicts

Has anybody else had a problem with Norton anti virus and Mc AC afee firewall causing problems by being installed together? and should it be a problem please?

I'm running both and have no problems can you be more specific as to what happens?

Get it off your pc now it's crap,you can download a better anti virus for free like avast,Norton made my computer crash , shut down and run slow . I took it to PC world and was advised to take Norton off.My computer now does not have any of the problems mentioned above.
