Stupid question but here goes!! Will my Georgio Armani phone by Samsung automatically update itself?

Reason being is I'm working tomorrow so if I put it back an hour before I go to bed, will it go back another hour?!! (I should've laid off the alcohol tonight but hey, I get an extra hour in bed!!)

Stupid question I know but I only got the phone earlier this year and I can't find anything in the manual!!
