EI Systems 4215C laptop - which replacement battery?
I've got an EI Systems 4215C laptop. One of the downfalls of this "cheap and cheerful" laptop is its rubbish battery life!
I've gone onto a site recommended by PC World in order to buy an "after market" replacement battery and I've been given two to choose from. However, as I'm a complete "techno no-hoper", I'd apprecaite some help please.
The two products I have to choose from are :
10.8 volt with a capacity of 4400 (mAH)
OR
14.4 volt with a capacity of 2200 (mAH)
Which one whould I choose, please and why?

still no hint where you've seen this offer! - so can't really be certain - however
I'm guessing that if they are the same maker then the 4400 costs more - because ultimately it's higer capacity
but it's lower voltage - what is the voltage of your existing battery - 'cause it's a bit of a balancing act
you have other options - laptop isn't always about carrying it round - however much you pay you'll be lucky to get much more than 2 hours from a charge
if you use a car - you have the (cheaper) option to charge it between destinations???

The site that the guy in PC World told me about was their associated site www.partmaster.co.uk
As for a laptop only lasting 2 hours between charges, I'm sure that I've seen people using them for longer periods than that when I've been on long haul flights, either doing work or watching/playing CDs/DVDs? But maybe I'm wrong.
