big letters on computer screen

sometimes when i open a new site or a new page the letters are really big and i cannot read or figure out what is written...what can i do to solve this problem,i have tried to refresh or make text size smaller but nothing works,

Press the Ctrl and minus key e.g. -

thanks terambulan but ive tried that ,,i tried pressing minus first and vice versa,nothing works,just last week this site was ok now the letters are all enlarged.

Click on the wheel on your mouse,a small magnifying glass will appear.revolve the wheel to change the print size then click on the wheel again to keep that size.

i dont have a mouse,im using a laptop..
