Using Ad-Aware and deleting privacy objects

Everytime I perform a scan on Ad-Aware 2007 it find several hundred privacy objects. After the scan it deletes some but not all. I now have 152 privacy objects that it wont delete. Why not? What can I do about them?

Delete everything in your temp internet files and I think you'll find they will disappear....
