Picasa 3

I believe this is now available...I have Picasa 2 installed. When I click on Check for Updates Online it says the application is up-to-date. Why isn't P3 downloaded?

Picasa 3 isn't at the 'full release' stage. It's available in the 'beta' version for those users who wish to try it out (and report any bugs that they may find).
